Called this store to see if they had a book I was looking for, they claimed that they had 6 copies. Went to the mall to pick it up, when I got their they said that they were really sorry but they couldn't find the book. I was frustrated…

This is a good bookstore if you know what you want. the service is not great and their inventory is basic. They have a couple of racks of bargain books where you can find some good gifts.
